What will I need to apply for a loan?
You will need to fill out our application form, online or in office, your TRN number, an accepted form of ID, 2 passport sized pictures, your 2 previous pay slips and a proof of address.
How long will I get to pay off my loan?
Your payment schedule will depend on a number of factors, including loan amount and the discretion of our loan officers.
What types of personal loan options do you provide?
We offer 3 main loan types.
- 365 Xpress
Bill payments and other emergency
expenses. Borrow up to $100,000
Up to twelve (12) months to repay.
NO guarantor required.
- 365 Payday
Salary deductions for participating companies. Borrow up to $200,000
Up to twelve (12) months to repay.
- 365 Secured
School / medical expenses, Debt consolidation, Home Improvement.
Borrow up to $2,500,000. Up to twenty-four (24) months to repay.
- 365 Government
Reduced rate for public sector workers. Borrow up to $200,000. Special packages available for qualified senior GOJ employees. Up to twelve (12) months to repay
- 365 Emergency Cash
Salary Advance for existing clients with current loans. Borrow up to $20,000. Payback within 30 days. NO Interest charged.

Must I have a job to take out a loan?
Yes, ideally all prospective applicants must be able to prove they are able to repay their loans on time each month.
Can I use a Voter's ID as my main ID?
Yes, all Government of Jamaica issued photo IDs are acceptable: driver's license, passport, voter's ID, NIDS.
If I am unable to provide a current bill as a proof of address because I do not pay utilities in my name will I be able to access a loan?
Typically using bill payment as a proof of address is preferred, however if there is an alternate means of identifying where you live we may accept it at our discretion.
If you are taking out a loan that is $1000,000 or less then you will not typically need a guarantor, however for loans that are in excess of this amount we may request a guarantor be appended to your application.
